Meet Ali, Our New TTLF Fellow

We are so excited to welcome our new Touching Tiny Lives Foundation Fellow to Lesotho! We are excited to all she brings to TTL.

“My name is Ali (or now Motselisi) and I am the new fellow for Touching Tiny Lives! I am from Pittsburgh, PA and just graduated from Wittenberg University in Ohio with a degree in Political Science and International Studies with a concentration in Africana and Diaspora studies. I first fell in love with Lesotho when I came here in 2014 on a school trip for a month of service where we built homes, greenhouses, and playgrounds. Since then, I have spent the majority of my time in college working on creating an organization called Lesotho Nutrition Initiative. Since helping create it almost three years ago, it is now a 501c3 organization that is aiming to provide about 300,000 meals to Lesotho annually (and most of those meals go to Touching Tiny Lives!) After being here for a little less than a week I am so happy to be in Mokhotlong and working for such an amazing organization! It was immediately apparent how important TTL’s work is to the community. I cannot wait to see what the next year will bring!”
