Nthabeleng A. Lephoto
Nthabeleng Lephoto was born and raised in one of the villages TTL serves. She has always been dedicated to serving her community by doing whatever she can to save its children affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. She has been Managing Director of Touching Tiny Lives since its inception, spearheading nutritional and care programs at TTL, expanded TTL each year to reach new areas in Lesotho, grown TTL staff to a total of 30 local Basotho, and overseen large-scale projects with various international donors. Her experience includes both management of administrative affairs, maintaining international relationships, and direct care and development assistance of children in the TTL Safe Home.
Kefuoe Sekhiba, a native of Mokhotlong, joined the TTL family in March 2015. Kefuoe has over 10 years experience working with Basotho NGOs, specialising in finance, monitoring and evaluation, donor relations and grant proposals. She is an invaluable addition to our team and we have no doubt that TTL will continue to grow from strength to strength under her guidance, experience and skill set.
Safe Home Supervisor
In 2013, Nthabeleng Lehela, a Mokhotlong native, was promoted from an Outreach worker to Safe Home supervisor. Her solid background in childcare and assessment is further supported by her intimate knowledge of the interaction between the Safe Home and the Outreach program. As supervisor, she manages the Safe Home caregivers’ weekly schedule, oversees the referral of children to the Mokhotlong District Hospital, and makes individualized improvements to the care of the most vulnerable TTL clients.
Thabang Motji manages information on TTL’s ever-increasing clients. Throughout the year, he enters the detailed reports collected by the Outreach team into the central database and keeps all TTL staff informed of developments and progress.
